How do I get my ID Cards?
Id cards are automatically sent along with a copy of the policy at each renewal. Sometimes they get mixed in along with the other information in the renewal packet. To get an additional card, you can call Midtown Agency. Most of our companies also have the ability for you to call them directly (information below) or sign up to retrieve basic information about your policy over the internet yourself.

When is my bill due and how do I pay?
Bills are commonly delivered via paper bill in the mail or email. If you have additional questions, can always call Midtown Agency. In addition, in most cases you can call the company directly (information below) or sign up to retrieve billing information about your policy on the internet. Most companies accept check by phone, Visa and Master Card.

What information do you need in order to add/change a car?
In order to process a change you would need to speak to someone at Midtown Agency or the company themselves. Most dealerships give you a few days to make the change with your company as many of these transactions happen after hours. Please collect the following information: The Year, Make and Model of the new or used car. The VIN# (17 numbers and letters long) and the name and address of the bank you are financing through.

What information do you need to add a new driver to my policy?
Drivers with a permit should be listed on your policy, but you will not be charged for them until they pass their test. Just like all drivers, we need their Names (as it appears on their license), their dates of birth and drivers license numbers. Also, please keep in mind the Good Student, Driver Training and Away at School discounts among others that are available.
